The idea of this deck is to basically mana-ramp Slivers out as fast as you can, and Primal Surge however many cards you want from your library, seeing as the only other non-permanent is the second Primal Surge. I have added the infinite Sliver combo to this deck, just for a little extra "oomph". Why? Because why not?
