The goal is to sort of be a controlly deck that lands "the broken blade" and then can potentially protect her with countermagic etc. A 4 power first-striking lifelinker for 4 could theoretically shut down aggro tactics. This may be strictly worse than Kalitas, however, especially since Black lends itself to such great removal. This will be the non-black version
