Use Rosheen to cast powerful X cost spells early before ramping and mana doubling into burn, token, or fat creature finishers. For people who enjoy big stompy creatures and one shotting opponents with an appropriate burn spell after ramping and doubling mana.
Put this together from my own cards and by looking at other Rosheen decks.

Maybeboard contain cuts to get to 99, cards I wasn't sure what I'd replace for, or cards expensive enough I did not have and did not want to purchase until I've played with the deck more.
