Wrath of Sheoldred

Vintage* Aggro Combo

Redhero40

Maybeboard

So far this deck works very well for the time that I've used it. The idea is to get the high drops out as soon as possible while trying to give yourself buffs and getting as many creatures as you can.

The ideal starting hand is below.

(This hand is for fast aggressive play style and a big field presence at the start)

2x Swamp 1x Dark Ritual 1x Entomb 1x Reanimate 1x Lightning Greaves 1x Eternal Thirst

you can start off turn one or turn two

Have two Swamps down, Tap one and use Dark Ritual use 1 mana to cast Entomb and put Thraximundar in your grave. use 1 mana to cast Reanimate and put Thraximundar on the field. use your last two mana to enchant Thraximundar with Eternal Thirst. Then attack your opponent. Life Link will make up for your lost life cause of Reanimate. And if your opponent has a creature on the field; Because of Thraximundar's Sacrifice ability that creature is Sacrificed and he gains +2/+2 turning him into an 8/8 and you gain 8 life in the process.

The other ideal staring hand is below

(This hand is a turn slower and is made to keep multiple opponents in check)

2x Swamp 1x Dark Ritual 1x Buried Alive 1x Reanimate 1x Putrid Imp 1x Lightning Greaves or 1x Demonic Tutor

Play Putrid Imp and end turn. Next turn you will have two Swamps out, Tap one and use Dark Ritual, use 3 mana to cast Buried Alive and put Sheoldred, Whispering One in your grave along with any two other creatures you want (recommend one of them is Bone Dancer) . use your last Mana to cast Reanimate and put Sheoldred, Whispering One on the field. Then when it comes back to your turn bring a creature from your grave to the field (Bring back Bone Dancer if you put it in your grave) proceed to either enchant Sheoldred, Whispering One with Lightning Greaves or cast Demonic Tutor to search for another Buried Alive.

And I think you get the point. Now I do know these are very specific hands. The chances of drawing these hands are equal to any other combination of hands you can get. But I feel explaining these two Particular hands gives a really good idea of how the deck is supposed to work.

If you have any feed back please let me know and please be nice about it. (Oh and I would like to keep the Zombie theme going)
