Simple yet very effective aggressive R/W tokens deck which takes full advantage of Reckless Bushwhacker and Honored Crop-Captain
Basically it is upgraded list of Red-White Tokens by Makis Matsoukas which got him 3rd place at Kaladesh Pro Tour.
Main deck:
Kari Zev, Skyship Raider and Sram's Expertise from Aether Revolt plus Honored Crop-Captain from Amonkhet bring a lot to this deck.
With this deck you start to build threatening board from the very first turn thanks to Toolcraft Exemplar, Inventor's Apprentice and Thraben Inspector.
All star of this deck is of course Reckless Bushwhacker which can turn your little creatures into dangerous threats.
There is also little bit of artifact synergy thanks to Pia Nalaar, Servo Exhibition and Sram's Expertise - these cards make your Toolcraft Exemplar and Inventor's Apprentice bigger.
Sideboard:
2x Lantern Scout - it can help you turn around aggressive matchups, giving you huge life advantage over your opponent
2x Magmatic Chasm - useful in matchups where board gets clunky. This deck does not have much evasion, so denying your opponent ability to block is very good.
3x Make a Stand - This will help you protect your board in control matchups.
2x Repel the Abominable - Same as above, mostly it's a direct counter to Sweltering Suns and Kozilek's Return.
4x Shock - early removal in aggro matchups.
Maybeboard:
Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - if you have Gideons, just play them. I do not have them and I do not plan to buying them since they will rotate out from Standard in few months from now.
Combat Celebrant - I am not sure about this guy but potential to give it haste with Bushwhacker is really cool thing.
Eerie Interlude - I feel like this card may be just better than Make a Stand vs some of the control decks, I will need to test on that.
Hanweir Militia Captain
- Depends on how much early removal we will see in the meta this might be better 2 drop than Kari Zev, Skyship Raider, however I am not convinced on this card yet. It can be very huge if you trigger it early. Otherwise it's just a 2/2 bear.
