updated deck again —Sept. 7, 2019
updated the deck to speed it up. removed giant whale as I've never gotten a chance to play him in a game, removed the second sun combo as its too slow in my competitive meta at my LGS, added in another land as im having times where im screwed and not drawing lands, removed silent clearing and replaced it with a foil basic swamp, and removed soulherder as that would require more set up and would be more suited for an aggro build.
but good news, the blasting station combo is back in the deck!! AND THERE ARE NOW 14 TUTORS (including transmute spells)!
i want to make the deck a consistant turn 4-6 deck instead of 4-7 turns.

Dramatic reversal might be a good option, especially if i decide to put back in the basalt monolith, rings of brighthearth and walking ballista. Tithe has been something ive been considering, such a great value card to use. All these things might go into the deck, been thinking of removing some of the infinite mana creatures.
I appreciate the suggestions of manacrypt and manavault, but i feel like i dont need em, it would be a marginal return on investment imho.

Awesome deck!
I would add the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo! A easy combo that is safer and cheaper than the old Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth you used to run.
If you have the budget, Mana Crypt and Mana Vault are a must in almost any cEDH deck!
For last, Smothering Tithe is just amazing!!
