Aminatou: Stealing Fate

Shifting Fate and Opponents cards in your favor.

I have been trying to strike a balance between theft, blink/flicker, and top deck manipulation. Added to the usual blink shenanigans like Peregrine Drake and Cloudblazer this deck has some "trade and steal back" effects like Perplexing Chimera , Order of Succession , Conjured Currency (now currently Puca's Mischief ), Eyes Everywhere , Avarice Totem ,and Act of Authority that work really well with Aminatou, the Fateshifter 's flicker. Homeward Path works really well in this strategy as alternative to return cards traded but more importantly to reset the board if needed (not to mention the political leverage it can give). The flavor of being able to keep resetting the enchantments like the sagas I think fits Aminatou's Fateshifing flavor wise (being able to prolong the potential downside of Demonic Pact or trade it to someone else). The card draw potential from blinking the Cloudform / Lightform is nice as well (not to mention being able to blink the manifested card to cheat out something big and even just being able to flip non-creature permanents).
The main Focus of the deck is meant to be mostly on the stealing/blinking but I wanted to keep Aminatou's +1 ability relevant. Being able to manipulate the top card really fits with the manifest sub-theme as well so it does not feel like too much of a stretch. Cards like Augury Owl , Soothsaying , Thassa, God of the Sea , and Cryptic Annelid work to at the very least dump cards I don't need after putting them there with Aminatou's +1 ability. This turns a the +1 into a pseudo loot ability. Dakra Mystic has a few kind of odd uses: it can dump cards similar to the scrying, it can give me just a slight bit more card draw early on, and it gives me ever so slight control over everyone's draw. Dakra being in a steal deck I don't mind giving everyone cards (plus sorta mill for the primordials). The top deck manipulation works to enable Twilight Prophet and Sorin, Grim Nemesis for some nice life drain. Finally I put a few miracle cards ( Banishing Stroke , Devastation Tide , and Terminus ) that work easily into the top deck manipulation even just with Aminatou, the Fateshifter 's +1
Theft in general can be a hard theme to build around since it can be so conditional, depending on what opponents have and just how theft cards tend to work. Although theft has some decent functionality; stealing opponents creatures with cards like Sower of Temptation or Hostage Taker works essentially like removal while stealing cards with Gonti, Lord of Luxury or Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver works essentially like card draw. Then between some normal card draw, top deck manipulation (and manifest shenanigans), and stealing opponents cards this deck can sure up some of the weaknesses of its conditional nature through a decent amount of card advantage (plus some card selection aka. scry).
Obviously this deck is missing some of the best top deck manipulation cards like Jace Mind sculptor, Sensei's Divining Top, and scroll rack (Although I am not sure how much I actually want to lean into the top deck manipulation). Gilded Drake and Treachery would be a perfect include to take advantage of Aminatou's blink to steal opponents creatures.
