It's a Dragon deck! Its a Mill Deck!!

Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, Impact Tremors and Altar of the Brood all love things entering the battlefield, and Mindcrank will Mill for damage. Honestly, I rarely ever need to attack. It's the most passive Dragon deck I think I've ever seen.
