Loving new commander Aminatou. I'm a big fan of alternate win conditions and thought that her blink ability as well as being able to manipulate the top of the deck could help facilitate a deck dedicated to them. Each strategy requires some level of support but I'm trying to fit in as many as I can.

I'm looking for ways to fit in more alternate win conditions and improve the selection of support cards for the ones I already have without significantly increasing the overall CMC of the deck.

Way too much explanation of card choices/uses:

ARTIFACT:

Talisman of Progress, Dimir Signet and Talisman of Hierarchy we're 3 colors and these are 2 drops. The Talismans are also extra sources of colorless to power Eldrazi Displacer.

Sol Ring because there's almost no deck in EDH that can't use this and be better.

Crystal Ball Scry 2 to search for pieces to assemble wincons.

Darksteel Ingot gives all 3 colors and the indestructible is handy as a target for Mechanized Production as a win con.

Vessel of Endless Rest also produces all of our colors and has an ETB that our commander can blink putting tutors, boardwipes, etc back into our deck to be used again.

ENCHANTMENT:

Smothering Tithe The tokens produce any color and you should get at least one trip around the table worth of tokens after casting. This goes into our Revel in Riches win con so try and hold off using these tokens for mana if possible.

CREATURE:

Solemn Simulacrum Blink to keep adding basics to your board.

Pilgrim's Eye Redundancy for Sad Robot.

Sailor of Means The treasure tokens he generates can provide immediate boost or be stockpiled for later shenanigans. As with Smothering, he plays into our Revel in Riches support suite.

TUTORS:

Enlightened Tutor and Mystical Tutor for getting those critical artifacts/enchantments or counterspells/boardwipes or...

Vampiric Tutor for whatever you need right now. Aminatou's +1 can get you what you searched for this turn so you can sometimes forego endstepping the tutor cast.

ARTIFACT:

Crystal Ball and Treasure Map   scry for card selection.

Scroll Rack swap out part or all of your hand to find the pieces you need for whichever win con seems to be coming together the fastest.

OTHER:

Lim-Dul's Vault If you have enough life, look at your whole deck and set up a good 5.

Temple of Enlightenment: Aminatou blinks any permanent you own so in a pinch the scry on Temple can be reused for card selection, just remember to tap for mana first before blinking.

Halimar Depths: Another land that our commander can blink for some card selection.

NOTABLE OMISSIONS:

Sensei's Divining Top I do not own one and haven't been able to find one for sale. Very likely to make it into the deck if I do obtain a copy. Not sure what goes to make room for it though. (I lied, Top ended up going into my Kess deck)

CANTRIP, ETC.:

Brainstorm Key for getting that mix of draw and stacking the top of the deck.

Ponder See Brainstorm, additionally an extra shuffle effect for moving cards added back in by Vessel off the bottom or getting fresh cards to look at with Rack.

CREATURE:

Baleful Strix A cheap, flying rattlesnake that can be blinked repeatedly as a card draw engine.

Mulldrifter Not as cheap and not a rattlesnake but twice the card draw and at worst becomes a Divination that can be recurred from the graveyard.

Cloudblazer card draw with life gain.

Azor, the Lawbringer Sphinx's Rev on a stick, this is the opp to draw big for a turn if he lives to attack.

TARGETED:

Swords to Plowshares - Still one of the most efficient ways to make sure that a problematic creature doesn't come back. As we all know, nothing stays dead for long in this format unless you take extra precautions.

Anguished Unmaking Despark and Stroke of Midnight are included as catch all removal, though troublesome lands are still sneaking by these. One may need to become a Return to Dust.

Reality Acid - Causes opponent to sacrifice when it 'leaves play' so blinking it is repeatable removal. A little slower but this catches lands and gets around indestructible almost as well as exiling. Probably most effective when you can blink it multiple times in a turn. Don't lose track of the vanishing counters or it might end up in the bin without careful management.

BOARDWIPES:

Austere Command, Supreme Verdict, Cleansing Nova all clear the board to give you some breathing room, each having some pros and cons: choice of modes, uncounterable, clears almost everything including your stuff, etc.

Terminus Good vs graveyard decks because if the creature isn't in the graveyard, it is hard to recur. Aminatou's +1 can set up being able to cast it for the miracle cost with reliability.

Merciless Eviction Included because it is modal and exiles the type of permanent chosen.

Cyclonic Rift Flexes as targeted removal or the best boardwipe in the format.

Massacre Wurm Good enough to clear mana dorks and most tokens by itself but this effect can climb if you can blink it the turn it comes in or have multiple triggers on ETB. The life loss can also add up if you can keep the Wurm out long enough.

OTHER:

Oath of Liliana Blinkable sac effect that hits all opponents. I suppose it may one day incidentally make a zombie token.

Deadeye Navigator - This thing can do some insane things, especially with Peregrine Drake [see APPROACH OF THE SECOND SUN section] but just about any creature with an ETB effect can be triggered multiple times per turn with enough mana.

Eldrazi Displacer - Redundancy for Deadeye mostly. Might not have enough sources of to use his activated ability reliably.

Brago, King Eternal - Sadly he has to hit for combat damage to trigger but if he connects, you're probably now far enough ahead that it will be hard to lose. Being able to blink any number of your non-land permanents off of the one trigger provides such truckloads of value.

Oath of Teferi CUT 7/2/19- Main task is to let our commander fire off twice per turn or reset her loyalty. Can tuck something crucial away in safety while you wipe the board. Cut as using Aminatou twice per turn didn't come up very often and at 5 mana the long blink was too expensive. Moved to Atraxa Superfriends.

Venser, the Sojourner - His +2 doesn't allow for chain blinking but has been good enough for giving our commander a loyalty reset. I haven't had to use his -1 ability as this deck doesn't really do beatdown but I could see needing to activate to sneak Brago through. The dream is to get his emblem in play but so far he hasn't survived long enough for me to see how well that plays out.

Restoration Angel - Instant cast blink that adds a relevant flying body is good.

Eerie Interlude - Blink your team to load up on ETB triggers.

Not running an oppressive number of counters, just enough to protect our crucial plays or stop that one haymaker that threatens to rain on your parade.

Counterspell, Mana Drain and Negate - Pretty much the best of the best at 2 mana.

Swan Song - Stops most of what you have to have stopped for one , you do not give the slightest if they get a 2/2 out of it.

Pact of Negation - For those times when you have to go for it and tap out. Better than Force of Will in a balanced 3 color deck.

Only a small subtheme but it's not really a game of EDH unless someone has had their best toys stolen.

Gilded Drake - Because our commander blinks permanents we own, the Drake is a recurrable 3/3 flying mass thief that will give you everyone's best creatures.

Gonti, Lord of Luxury - The nice thing is that removing Gonti doesn't return the exiled card to the opponent so he can be chain blinked for additional ETB's and build up a pool of exiled cards to cast at a later time.

Hostage Taker - Unfortunately has a 'until leaves the battlefield' clause that Gonti doesn't so you have to be careful and pick your spots to sneak this by but well worth it if you can. Leave stealing creatures to the Drake and focus on taking opponent mana rocks or such instead. Ramping you and unramping them is a sweet early game play.

Panharmonicon - Anything worth ETBing once is worth ETBing twice. Especially great getting to tutor for any 2 cards with Rune-Scarred Demon hitting the board. I have it as the deck's featured card as it narrowly beats out the demon for deck MVP.

Mortuary Mire - Boardwipes happen and using our commander to blink this utility land lets us rebuild our board and get back to assembling wincons.

Forge of Heroes - Not entirely sure about this one, every once in a while its been worth some free loyalty but not too sure what else slots in here. It should produce to help power the Displacer.

Bojuka Bog - In a world of Merens, Muldrothas, Karadors, etc., having a way to exile graveyards that you can recycle tends to come up often enough to warrant inclusion. @carlmoores

Kabira Crossroads - Modest lifegain that our commander can blink on a permanent type that tends to be harder to remove.

Rishadan Brigand Absolutely brutal if it comes down early and is the target of a commander blink. Most people will be tapped out for the first 4-5 turns so potentially having to sac 2 permanents can be a big tempo loss.

Azor, the Lawbringer Mentioned in the Card Draw section but warrants a bit more discussion here as blinking him to prevent an opponent from casting instants and sorceries can really hamper certain commanders like Narset, Enlightened Master or Maelstrom Wanderer.

Entomber Exarch - Redundancy for the Mire and adds a discard strategy that can give another angle of attack vs combo decks or anything that relies on that one big haymaker.

Details/strategy on each win con below:

Approach of the Second Sun:

The trick is being able to cast it a second time in the same turn as you don't want to go too many times around the table and give everyone a chance to kill you. The plan is to find Peregrine Drake and get it in play either bonded to Deadeye Navigator or on the field along with Eldrazi Displacer. Tap 5 lands for mana [should have a mix of white/blue/colorless] then use either the Deadeye or Displacer to blink the Drake which untaps the 5 lands when it re-enters play, netting you 2 or 3 mana [depending on the source of the blink], rinse/repeat to generate an absurd amount of mana. Cast Approach of the Second Sun, it becomes the 7th card down. Use Aminatou to blink Rune-Scarred Demon and fetch Approach or cast Mystical Tutor or Vampiric Tutor to put Approach on the top of your deck and +1 Aminatou to get it into your hand. You should have more than enough mana in your pool to cast Approach a second time and win on the spot.

A Revel in Riches win can be a bit tricky as it requires you to have the 10 treasure tokens at the beginning of your upkeep, leaving your opponents a full turn to try and take you out. Ideally you will control a few tokens from a blinked Sailor of Means or built up Treasure Map   or a Smothering Tithe that has gone around the table at least once. Drop Revel and then a boardwipe to clear opponent attackers to get 10+ tokens and then sit on a counter or two to survive until your next turn.

Thanks to carlmoores for suggesting this combo mill win:

Requires you to have Altar of the Brood and Aminatou, the Fateshifter in play. Cast Felidar Guardian and have Guardian blink your commander. Aminatou enters play with full loyalty having 'forgotten' if those loyalty activated abilities have been used this turn and Altar mills all opponents for 1 card. Use Aminatou to blink the Guardian, Guardian enters play and targets Aminatou while all opponents mill a card. Aminatou enters play, again having forgotten she's been activated, -1 targeting Guarding again and repeat until all opponents have been milled out by the Altar triggers.

Other win-cons that I am considering adding to the deck are:

-Liliana's Contract and adding 3 more demons to the creature package since I'm already running Rune-Scarred Demon or cheat it in via Arcane Adaptation.

-Laboratory Maniac plus some more draw X spells like Sphinx's Revelation and Braingeyser

-Aetherflux Reservoir or Felidar Sovereign with a couple of other lifegain cards as another win-con [ High Market, Pristine Talisman, maybe Sphinx's Revelation to help gain the necessary life]. Soul Warden would be an auto include for this strategy if used.

And the winner is.... Mechanized Production! Already running Darksteel Ingot and added Darksteel Citadel for another safe enchant target. Treasure tokens look like they count so pairs well with the Revel in Riches subset. May have to really find room for Duplicant now....

I can probably only feasibly sneak one more of these in as each alternate way of winning requires a few additional cards in support and too many crammed into the deck dilutes each overall and reduces what synergy the deck may have atm.

OUT-Tundra, IN-Azorius Guildgate; OUT-Scrubland, IN-Orzhov Guildgate; OUT-Mana Drain, IN-Disallow; OUT-Gilded Drake, IN-Burglar Rat; OUT-Scroll Rack, IN-Seer's Lantern; OUT-Massacre Wurm, IN-Night Incarnate; OUT-Vampiric Tutor, IN-Diabolic Tutor. Changing out just these few cards will knock about $770 off the price of the deck [prices as of 1/28/19].
