Logic: A coin-flipping deck has a 50% win chance.

If you haven't guessed already (and I hope you have), this is a coin-flipping deck designed to win by putting 10 luck counters on Chance Encounter. It's designed to play in a casual format where people won't get mad if a part of their key combo gets Planar Chaosed. You shouldn't pull it out against competitive players. Basically, you want to drop cheap cards that let you flip coins repeatedly, such as Tavern Swindler and Goblin Bangchuckers. Chance Encounter will provide a way to win with all the coins you're flipping, and Krark's Thumb will increase your chances of putting luck counters on Chance Encounter. The main thing I wanted to do while building this deck was make it fun and cheap. I think I've accomplished that.
Originally, I was going to run mono-red. But I wanted to say that I was running almost all the coin-flipping cards in the game, and there was Izzet coin-flipping cards and one black coin-flipper. I included that one black card because I liked it's effect. I chose Kess as my commander because I want to regurgitate my instants and sorceries. Casting a Molten Birth from the grave and then returning it to hand is nice.
