First EDH deck, I'm new to the format and I wanted a fun and budget deck. The point of the deck is to stall into Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper (Fishface) and then pester your opponents with counterspells and other control turning lands into creatures the whole time. Board wipes like Planar Cleansing which affect nonland permanents, open up the board for you land creatures. Any tips are welcome and this deck is very early in the process.
