This is a deck I'm in the process of building and play testing, I like the ability of Darien, King of Kjeldor to deter your opponents from attacking and the idea of hurting yourself to make dudes to swarm the field. The ease in which this deck can gain life can greatly mitigate the life loss. I know white in commander isn't the best when coming to card draw or ramp but I'm hoping since the curve is low, the lack of much artifact ramp won't be a problem.

Some obvious interactions with Darien is the pain lands, such as Tarnished Citadel and Mana Confluence, but another interaction that I came across is Requiem Angel and Skullclamp or Ashnod's Altar. The ability to sac a soldier token to the altar or the clamp and get an spirit token in return is just great value. plus its great board wipe protection since the angel sees everyone dying and giving you a bunch of spirits, this gives the deck that staying power to compete against other decks that do better.

I'm looking forward to giving this deck a try and wold like an opinions or suggestions to make this deck better. Also if you like the deck please let me know by commenting or upvoting the deck.
