I like Memnarch. Not only does he have some awesome abilities, he has some of the best flavor text I've ever seen:

In the blur between metal and flesh, Memnarch found madness.

This deck, which apparently uses Memnarch as general, is focused around turning everything to artifacts, stealing artifacts, doing other artifacty things, and artifacting your artifacting artifact with my "Isochron Scepter".

Along with some of the staples one mind expect to find in a Memnarch EDH deck, I've included a bunch of the package cards people expect to see in EDH: Control, Mana Help, Draw, Destruction, and Tutors. There are also several combos/synergies included, many of which can be found listed below.

My ultimate goal with this deck is to make it as competitive as I can without breaking a $500 budget. To accomplish this, I could sure use some help. Areas I'd like to focus on are functionality and land base. I build to buy, and buy to win. and as always, +1 if you like. Thanks!
