Hello everyone! Im one of those people who loves to play planeswalkers, so I made a Superfriends deck. And boy do I love to play it! The goal is simple: ult as many times possible with as many planeswalkers as possible.

No this will never be a cEDH deck. This is a deck I want to be able to play with my friends. We want to build strong decks dont get me wrong, but we are far from cEDH. I would say this deck is around 7, maaaybe 8 on a scale to 10. Because it is fairly slow and have limited instantspeed interaction. I dont mind my opponent getting off a combo to win now and then. I want a fun game. That beeing said, I am greatful for advice and card suggestions.

Down here are some panels to explain some of my thoughts. I update this deck regulary, both description and cards. Please enjoy!

Commander choice

When I frist built this deck I used Sliver Overlord as my commander, mostly for access to all five colors. And a 5/5 indestructible blocker sounded nice. However I rarly ever casted him. With war of the spark Niv-Mizzet Reborn was released and I got a foil version of him from a pack while me and some freinds played a draft. With him as the commander the deck ran more smoothly, but not by very much. It was many games when I casted him and drew zero cards. Now with core 2020 Golos, Tireless Pilgrim have come, his ability to tutor for any land is so good. Especially with blink abilities such as Aminatou, the Fateshifter. In the future I will try out Sisay, Weatherlight Captain but I feel like she might be to strong for my playgroup ATM. Because of the 2021-09-13 ban announcement, Golos is now retired and Sisay will take up the mantle as my commander.

Creature removal/ hate

Creatures are a natural problem for my lovely friends so I have take some meassures to keep them off the board. Ensnaring Bridge prevents my opponents from attacking with creatures. My board wipes are: Damnation, Supreme Verdict, Wrath of God and Cyclonic Rift. The later can remove noncreature threats aswell. Some of my planeswalkers can deal with a massive board aswell such as Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and Elspeth, Sun's Champion

Ramp

Ramp is important in most decks but especially for decks with higher CMC, like this deck. To adress this I've added some mana rocks: Chromatic Lantern, Everflowing Chalice, Arcane Signet, Sol Ring, Mana Crypt. And some enchantments: Smothering Tithe, Mirari's Wake. Its not unusual for Dack Fayden to steal one or two other mana rocks aswell. I feel like I lack some here tho, so I will try to tackle this with cards like Dockside Extortionist and Bloom Tender/ Faeburrow Elder and prehaps some more mana rocks. Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy might show up if get some more non-land mana production.

Card draw and card advangate

To draw cards Iv'e added: Demonic Tutor, Jace, Architect of Thought, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Liliana, Dreadhorde General, Narset Transcendent, Narset, Parter of Veils, Rhystic Study, Sylvan Library, Mystic Remora and Teferi, Hero of Dominaria. For other card advantage I've added: Liliana Vess, Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God and Tezzeret the Seeker (mostly to search for Tangle Wire or Ensnaring Bridge)

Neat combos

There are some neat combos here:

Doubling Season + Jace, Architect of Thought , I get to cast one card form everyones deck :D .

Brought Back + Doubling Season + Jace, Architect of Thought , Well now I get to cast 2 cards from everyone :^D

Teferi, Temporal Archmage + The Chain Veil + 4 mana from 3 lands or mana rocks = many PW activations.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sages emblem + Time Warp = infinite turns .

Aminatou, the Fateshifter + Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God + Oath of Teferi I just won.
