Budget Voltron build based around getting Hope of Ghirapur out early and swinging to kill. Lots of ramp and equipments. Couple Eldrazi for fun and to cause some distracting havoc. Helm of the Hosts can cause brutal control and Mystic Forge gives you access to basically you're entire deck.

And while utility lands are nice, mostly Wastes help Strata Scythe increase dramatically and becomes basically a second Blackblade Reforged.

No infinites or Sol Ring, just wholesome thopters weilding a bunch of weapons ;)
