This is basically a more budget friendly version of Anje Filter by artichoker. If you haven't looked at their deck, I highly recommend it. It's a well thought out deck that deserves a lot of recognition.

Basically, we win by rummaging until we find Worldgorger combo. Then we create infinite mana and can infinitely rummage until we find something that we can do with infinite mana to win.
