This is my take on mono red ramp with Rowan Kenrith as the commander. The goal is to play some ramp, then slam planeswalkers and big dudes. The reason I picked Rowan to lead this deck is because of her ultimate. While often times its hard to ultimate a planeswalker in commander you can do it in this deck in one turn. Using Chandra, Acolyte of Flames + Rowan Kenrith + Chain Veil and 4 mana you can create a Rowan Emblem in one turn.

How the Combo Works

First, you both uptick Rowan, putting her at 6, and use Chandra's 0 to put loyalty counters on each of your red planeswalker(7 loyalty); after that use the Chain Veil. Then use Chandra's same 0 again (8 loyalty), and ultimate Rowan.

What can we do with a Rowan Emblem?

Well right off the bat, we get to double up on all of our planewalkers. After that Mindslaver, The Chain Veil, Sensei's Divining Top, Basalt Monolith are the next most attractive activated abilities.
