Sideboard

A project of mine to develop a "new" midrange archetype in the Jund and Abzan family. Mardu is the best removal colors in modern and also access to insane value with young pyro and lingering souls (3 tokens each lingering cast sign me up) Alesha is on the edge of being modern playable and this deck utilizes her as an inevitable engine bringing back threats and fulminator mages to hinder our opponent's resources. The flip liliana could very easily be a liliana of the veil but is here as a recursive planeswalker threat until i can pick up some LotVs. The removal suite can be customized but I've decided on 1 bolt possibly being too many in modern at the moment but it felts like heresy to not play bolt in a red deck. Helix allows us to fuel our bobs. Raven's crime is a good value card to be paired with young pyro to not only close out games but also suffocate our opponent out of the game.
