I would like to build a new Standard deck, but my friend is building MonoW LifeGain so I must go Orzhov. This is for post rotation for those of you with suggestions. The idea is to use Ajani's Pridemate primarily and Resplendent Angel as finishers.

Because of this, we need as many different life gain triggers as possible. Our engine is Ajani's Welcome and Fountain of Renewal primarily with some other life gain like Revitalize.

To get the maximum triggers, I decided the fuel for our engine should be tokens in the form of Queen's Commission, Call to the Feast, and Leonin Warleader. Since they are multiple tokens, they will give different triggers to Ajani's two cards when they etb but will also give us an additional trigger in combat.

The sideboard is mostly for either control or aggro.

I've thought about doing something along the lines of changing the idea of the deck from LifeGain triggers for Ajani's Pridemate to BW LifeDrain Burn with cards like Sovereign's Bite and making the deck more aggro by getting rid of tokens but keeping the two finishers.
