Dimir flyers for standard, based on the mono-blue flyers aggro deck. The deck uses cheap flyers in conjunction with Favorable Winds to present an early game threat. Strong hand disruption ensures you can finish the game.

Might need additional control in the mainboard to deal with flying blockers such as Shalai, Voice of Plenty , Nicol Bolas, the Ravager and Crackling Drake / Enigma Drake as well as board wipes such as Deafening Clarion and Ritual of Soot .

Detailed description and tweaking of the mainboard and sideboard will follow after more playtesting. Suggestions are appreciated!

Mainboard

-3 Notion Rain & -3 Thief of Sanity as these seem too slow for the deck.

-2 Storm Fleet Aerialist to make room for other changes.

+4 Curious Obsession as substitute for Notion Rain.

+2 Lookout's Dispersal & +1 Syncopate against boardwipes.

+1 Nightveil Sprite. Too good in conjunction with Dimir Spybug not to have it.

Sideboard

-1 Syncopate as it went to the mainboard.

-1 Essence Scatter. For now we have enough ways to deal with creatures in the sideboard.

+2 Dive Down against targeted removal. I might put this in the mainboard.

I might add Spell Pierce and the last Kitesail Freebooter to the sideboard for control matchups.
