Step 1: The name of the game is RAMP your mana base will allow to cast Momir Vig, Simic Visionary as quickly as possible. Once your commander is on the field cast creature spells to tutor for Seedborn Muse.

Step: 2 With seedborn at your disposal it is time to start casting creatures on your opponents turns. Lucky there are is a few ways to do this. The easiest is to tutor for Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. If there's not enough blue in your mana base or if Teferi dies there are a few tricks up your sleeve. The second easiest way is to tutor for Trinket Mage and use its effect to get Expedition Map. Use the map to then get Alchemist's Refuge or Winding Canyons. If for some reason all of that fails cross your fingers and hope to draw into Leyline of Anticipation or Vivien, Champion of the Wilds

Step 3 Finally you have your creature casting engine in place. Feel free to search for any creature in your library and cast it at will. You can win by having control over the field and swinging in for big damage. When you are ready to close out the game tutor for Thassa's Oracle and Leveler for an instant win.
