Basically this is a $75 Dollar Budget deck not including basic lands. I believe even with basic lands its value is equivalent to $75, but I may be wrong.

Your goal is to aggro out a warrior or ramp into casting your commander by turn 3 or 4. Then you keep swinging out in order to build up your board state. Then draw into or tutor for an enchantment that lets you make enough mana during combat to have multiple combat steps. Ther are alternative ways to win, but they also involve going to combat in general.

You have a package of 6 counterspells and multiple cantrips and removal to protect your commander or take care of threats. NOTE There are no board wipes within the deck, meaning you must have your commander out sooner than later in order to aggro as soon as possible.

This deck mostly loses to decks that play or cast multiple creatures a turn.
