You should definitely consider throwing in Lightning Mauler . You are already playing red and he is an amazing card. He can make big damage come out of nowhere and is a little bit better than Fervor as he will trigger Champion of the Parish and is another body. Mauler is especially good if you pair him with Silverblade Paladin turn three to attack for 8 or use him turn four for Odric, Master Tactician . I have a very similar deck Riot Humans which you should check out for some ideas and if you have any ideas for me let me know.

I don't understand the Glacial Fortress included in the mainboard when you've only got 2x Negate in the side, it seems slightly counterproductive. I'd personally take them out and add another Mountain or two.
Unless it's in for psychological warfare :D
Also, Kessig Malcontents might fit in very well with this, seems like you'd have more than enough creatures out for some added damage.
