An aggressive deck capable of operating sustainably on three or four mana.

The main line is often looking for Bone Picker quickly by way of Insolent Neonate. But...the gas:

Heir of Falkenrath is sort of another picker. Madness enabler and hand slimming for Hazoret the Fervent.

Bloodrage Brawler for early beats, madness and hand slimming for Hazoret.

Goblin Dark-Dweller is here at a minimal number to recur burn spells and hopefull close the game.

call the blood line to generate some blockers and attackers. Also slims the hand size down for Hazoret the Fervent later. Enables madness.

Hazoret's Favor turns 1/1 lifelink vampires into 3/1s for more life gain to keep us in the game a little longer.

Incendiary Flow for three points of damage. Unfortunately one of the best burn spells in standard at the moment. Also exiles a smaller creature if needed.

Fiery Temper is an instant that can be cast for its madness cost pretty easily in this deck. Possibly an efficient three points of damage.

Cut / Ribbons is fine to discard here. Late game drain to the opponent.
