Looking to make a deck that uses Surgical Extraction and Extirpate aggressively. Can not decide between Rakdos, Dimir, Grixis, or Sultai. Esper is another consideration, along with Bant. Four color is also in consdieration.

Rakdos: More aggressive using Dreadhorde Aracanist to get value out of spells we have already cast.

Dimir: More control based using Unmoored Ego to hit cards that have not been sent to the graveyard yet along with adding counterspells.

Grixis: Likely a combination of both Rakdos and Dimir.

Sultai: Provides ramp to make sure mana is up for counterspells while also staying on the offensive while also providing removal for cards like Rest in Peace and Trinisphere, both which can hinder this gameplan greatly.

The win condition for the deck would be to preemptively get rid of as many threats as possible and let the opponent deck out as all they draw are removal pieces and lands, at least in its current state.

Potential more optimal win conditions:

Ashiok, Nightmare Muse In theory would expedite the mill victory while also providing protection and potentially killing the opponent with damage.

Celestial Colonnade Once the main threats are dealt with, beat down with land man.

Chromium, the Mutable An easily protected big dude who can win with combat damage.

Kaya, Orzhov Usurper Mixed with the mass exiling from the main cards, Kaya's ultimate could burn someone down quickly.
