Hello again! As you have probably imagined by the deck's name, this is a budget version of affinity which tries to make up for the absence of its archetype's staples with Tempered Steel. This list is heavily inspired by that of Saffron Olive: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-magic-84-6-tix-modern-uw-tempered-steel. If you don't understand the reason behind some card's choice, ask me or watch the video i linked up there. Singletons Etched Champion and Steel Overseer are there simply because they are the only one of their kind that i have been able to find.

I really need help with my sideboard. As of now, it is very generic with some evergreen answers. In particolar, i play Tormod's Crypt over Relic of Progenitus and Rest in Peace because it's a 0CMC artifact. Hurkyl's Recall is there because of mirror match and as an anti boardwipe against midrange-control decks.

On the other side, i was thinking about dropping the UW way and change the deck into a UR one, to have access to Galvanic Blast. I can also go for a Jeskai build, splashing Red for the Galvanic Blast, but i fear that it can become inconsistent. What do you think about it? Every help and suggestion will be very apprecciated
