This budget deck for modern has two win conditions. Combo off with Aetherflux Reservoir by casting 8 cheap or free artifacts dealing 50 damage or swing big with Metalwork Colossus.

The god draw is a turn 4 kill that looks like this.

Turn 1 Ancient Stirrings

Turn 2 Etherium Sculptor

Turn 3 Semblance Anvil + Aetherflux Reservoir

Turn 4 Etherium Sculptor + Cast any of the remaining 19 CMC 2 or less artifacts for free, 10 of which let you draw a card when they enter the battlefield. Activate Atherflux Reservoir's ability and deal 50 damage.

Any input is welcome. I'm specifically looking for budget options for the sideboard.

Mox Opal would boost the deck to a possible turn 3 kill, but $$$.
