Crazy, right?

The gist is to get out as many Foundry Inspector s and Herald of Kozileks to cast all of your artifacts for free. The highest converted mana cost in this deck is 4 (aside from the Metalwork Colossus in the sideboard, but that generally casts for 4 as well), so 4/8 lords for our deck are gg. It is easy to secure these with Anticipate and Contingency Plan, and card advantage remains simple and natural with the recursion of Metalspinner's Puzzleknot and Prophetic Prism.

So this is how the deck works:

As mentioned before, you want to get all of your lords anywhere between turn 4 and 6. Then, after being able to cast all of your 4 CMC and below cards for free, you drop all of your Prophetic Prisms and your Metalspinner's Puzzleknots. The linchpin of the deck -- Paradoxical Outcome -- bounces all of the aforementioned value artifacts for replay value, and draws you an equivalent amount of fresh cards from your deck. This allows you to continue digging for your win condition, Aetherflux Reservoir, and when the Reservoir lands you can bounce everything again, gaining life off of what is essentially your storm count. Once all the pieces are in place (and this deck is very frequent and consistent), you gain life like you have never seen before and deal 50 before they even knew you were playing jank.

Panharmonicon is in there to get double and triple triggers off of Glint-Nest Crane, Metalspinner's Puzzleknot and Prophetic Prism. It is just a greedy, fun card.
