Threw together an Idea of Adviser tribal using the new Persistent Petitioners . So this deck is all about Milling your opponents and protecting yourself through stax to keep opponents from attacking you. Having Grand Arbiter Augustin IV at the helm works for both strategies, as it helps with the stax and getting your mill advisers to be 1 drops and easier to cast.
