Hello all, I bought the Commander 2017 Wizards pre-con deck and I upgraded it to a Izzet U/R deck. This is the first ever EDH deck that I've ever built, and I'm pretty new to the format, so I appreciate all the feedback I can get. Also, I'm going for a budget build, so any budget suggestions would be helpful too.
