The Abzan and Mardu have combined forces to take on the modern format with their tribal leader Arashin Foremost! There are several different ways this deck can get a turn 4-5 win!

Below is the inspiration for each card that was added.

One drops:

Bloodsoaked Champion- A great aggressive one drop that can easily become a 3/1 on turn two with Chief of the Edge. It's also a great revolt trigger if he dies with Renegade Rallier. He can come right back with his raid ability anyway so keep swinging!

Narnam Renegade is also a great one drop due to its deathtouch abilities. Having deathtouch allows it to attack through high defense creatures. Combined with Arashin Foremost can be deadly! We only run 2x because of the 4x Windswept Heath

Mardu Woe-Reaper is your ordinary 2/1 with an added grave hate ability which comes in handy against reanimator stratigies and other aggro decks. Its main purpose in the deck is to be more consistent when it comes to being aggressive with our warriors and having something to play on turn one.

Path to Exile is arguably the best removal spell in the game for white costing us only one mana.

Two Drops:

Chief of the Edge is about as good as it gets when it comes to lords for warriors. He allows us to swing for 3 on turn two with our one drops. He also will be a high target for removal so bringing him back with Renegade Rallier is ideal.

Glory-Bound Initiate is the creature to swing for BIG DAMAGE, and combined with Arashin Foremost on turn 3 can be devastating. If we're against another aggro deck, this'll allow us to swing the race in our favor.

Bramblewood Paragon combo'd with cards like Collected Company and Mardu Strike Leader allows our creatures to trample over our opponent outta nowhere. If the game goes longer, Bramblewood Paragon can be the game changer. This also make our creatures bigger than most on the battlefield.

Three Drops

Arashin Foremost is a three drop warrior lord allowing us to grant powerful creatures like Greenwheel Liberator, Chief of the Edge, and Narnam Renegade double-strike.

Renegade Rallier Is our reanimator engine. Since most of our creatures are 2 drops, it can bring almost anything back. Greenwheel Liberator also will always come back as a 4/3!

Mardu Strike Leader allows us to surprise control decks with an extra two creatures to the face. If you have Bramblewood Paragon on the battlefield already, it's a 4/3 and 3/2!

Four Drops

Collected Company is an easy auto-include considering all of our creatures are 3 mana and under. We can save CoCo for when our opponent removes something and trigger revolt on our opponents turn or even get the creature they killed back with Renegade Rallier.

Should I use less land?
