Inspired by the Thousand Year Storm deck I've seen Merchant play on MTG Arena with a few non-standard tweaks like Talrand, Sky Summoner. This deck should be reasonably adaptable, as Enigma Drake and Crackling Drake can be inserted for Electrostatic Field and Thousand-Year Storm if some more beef is in order. Deck should play fast, and draw should be more than enough to overcome most issues.

I included a large sideboard so that the deck can be played in standard if I so desire. Replacing Talrand, Sky Summoner with 2 additional Anticipate and Mizzium Mortars with some drakes to counter creature threats gets the deck back into standard without sacrificing much.
