I love the theme centered on tharkir block and wanted to build a "dual tribal" deck. More like an outcast tribe!

The only creature types allowed are humans and dragons! Basically with the humans serving as support characters to the draconic finishers.

I'm worried about ramp, removals and card advantage. I need some advice to adjust those little problems!

Ps: The snow-covered lands are on this list for pure flavor, unless I decide to put in Rimescale Dragon later on.
