This is a story-based commander deck. Built off of the bones of the Breed Lethality premade commander deck and some of my dregs. So lets get down to the nitty gritty...

The story focuses on you, a survivor of a bandit raid on your small village. You and your two best friends and closest allies, Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan, set out from the ruins of your old home to attempt to find a new one. Along the way you'll make new allies (your other creatures) and meet new foes (your opponents).

Here are some of the basic story rules for legendary creatures I made up. Get creative and make your own!

• Reyhan, Last of the Abzan - Refuses to benefit from her own effect. She hates to do so as she was forced to take up her own family's power.

• Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder - Bruse's "colorful" vocabulary truly inspires others. Put at least one +1/+1 counter on him whenever possible.

• Ghave, Guru of Spores - Ghave is a schemer, and plots the death of any creature that starts with at least one +1/+1 counter on it (Using them to make saprolings).

• Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Daghatar the Adamant - These two are lovers separated by a twist of fate. If one dies while both are on the battlefield, the other flies into a frenzy and must attack each turn if able.

• Dromoka, the Eternal and Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper - Birds of a feather (or scale in this case) attack together. Whenever a scaly friend attacks, so do these guys.

• Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and Varolz, the Scar-Striped - Jealous of Reyhan's power, these two will always try to get themselves more +1/+1 counters.

• Ruric Thar, the Unbowed - RURIC NO LIKE YOU! RURIC NO LIKE ANYONE! RURIC HURT ALL NON-CREATURE SPELL USERS!

• Xenagos, God of Revels - The god of revels favors those who have become strong, and will grant his effect to those with the most +1/+1 counters on them.

• Arlinn Kord   - The werewolf does not feel welcome here. She'll give you her aid but wont accept any in return. Don't block for her.

• Vraska the Unseen - The gorgon seems to have been following you, and killing those who try to kill you. Use her minus 3 as much as possible.

The other creatures have their own agendas as well. Generally:

• Humans - Keep themselves and you alive to secure a place in the community you seek to build.

• Elementals - Defend against the largest threats.

• Non-sentient beings (oozes) - Follow your commands.
