This Storm is Weird (Modern MTG Deck)

This is my first attempt at Modern, although it's not really mine (http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/deck.asp?deck_id=1082035) and is based off of Jon Finkel's U/R Storm deck from Pro Tour RTR. Storm seems pretty interesting, but difficult to play. The initial cost isn't too bad (I just used my Standard land base), so I'm going for it. Any suggestions for the maybe board are welcome!

I was all excited to jump into modern with a resonably priced deck and 6 weeks later it gets knee capped with the banning of Seething Song. I was down and pissed. I tried to fix it with burning tree-emmissary and Infernal Plunge, but that sucked real bad. Splintertwin was an option, but I really didn't want to drop another $100 on this. I thought all was lost and my forray into modern a complete failure until this showed up on the mothership (http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/rc/236). I was able to add the needed parts to my old Storm shell for about $15, plus some standard stuff I already have. Not too shabby, we'll see how well it plays. Updates to come soon!
