Removed Omniscience after a few more games of testing. It's win more to the extreme, a very high cmc, and Tamiyo, Field Researcher can do it too.
By the way you still have space in the deck to add something else just to let you know in case you weren't aware.

Love the deckname, by the way I think you might like Deepglow Skate. It's a new rare,blue creature card. Here is what it does:
It costs 4U.
"When Deepglow Skate enters the battlefield, double the number of each kind of counter on any number of target permenants."
It's a 3/3. With something like Deadeye Navigator it would be even better.
