This deck works generating tokens and sacrificing them to do stuff, like winning the game.

The combos work around Darkest Hour and something that let me sacrifice. I can do infinite damage using Blasting Station , I can make creatures like Twilight Drover or Bloodflow Connoisseur infinite/infinite or I can wipe my opponents' battlefields w/ Phyrexian Plaguelord . It is a really fun deck to play with a lot of board control and you don't really need the combo to win. If you're desperate, you can always tutor the combo pieces for a quick win.

EDIT:

2 years later, I am updating the deck considering my current list. Removed a lot of combo pieces for some casual play, because the deck is very consistent without the combos.
