A Birthing Pod style deck with Vannifar as the general. T1 play a one-drop, T2 play Lightning Greaves , T3 Kiora's Follower or similar untap outlet, T4 play Vannifar and start the chain. The main chain goes like this: 1 drop --> Corridor Monitor --> Bounding Krasis --> Breaching Hippocamp --> Chakram Retriever casting a 0-cmc creature to untap Vannifar --> Great Oak Guardian --> Protean Hulk . You then need an untapper such as Kiora's Follower on the battlefield, which is used to untap Prime Speaker Vannifar . Sacrifice Protean Hulk, finding Grand Architect , Pili-Pala , Rootwater Diver , and Walking Ballista . Equip Lightning Greaves to Rootwater Diver , bringing Walking Ballista to your hand. Equip Pili-Pala and make infinite mana with Grand Architect , using Walking Ballista as the wincon. BOOM! This combo is fairly easy to access, since it only requires a haste enabler, an untapper, and a 1-2 drop that can be sacrificed to start the chain. Will update once I playtest some.
