We've probably all thought about it, right? Take some of the commander cards that use experience counters and throw them together, I mean. Although, I couldn't find a deck similar to this on the page, so this might be a first. Well, the ones I found to cooperate best were Meren of Clan Nel Toth and Ezuri, Claw of Progress.

All creatures are chosen for their ability to support both, meaning they have 2 or less power for Ezuri and a sacrifice ability for Meren. Green Sun's Zenith fetches both legends, but also the Birds of Paradise who serve as both ramp and attackers. Most other cards have been chosen to provide card advantage while producing experience counters, making you draw and the opponent discard. Baleful Strix plays a double role, since it can be sacrificed to Throne of Geth and then returns to draw another card.
