My latest modern deck! While Rakdos Burn has been great, I'm giving this a shot. The main strategy is to use mana dorks as well as the Arbor Elf+Utopia Sprawl combo to ramp into a beater such as Steel Leaf Champion or Leatherback Baloth.

If that doesn't work, locking out your opponent with a Blood Moon is also an option.
