The strategy here is pretty simple....

Surviel is used to rush through the deck to fill your hand with the key control cards, but more importantly to find Etrata, the Silencer

she is win con #1 and top priority

I saw a lot of decks utlizing cards like Dimir Spybug, but i wanted to go more pure control with this one. Just keep the opponent pinned down until you can strike to win
