This is basically a WB control deck themed around the monarch mechanic.

How to play this bad off-color control deck.

Step one: stop early game threats and become the monarch

Step two: stabilize by answering your opponents threats or wrath in the board.

Step three: grind out the game with card advantage from the monarchy and win with Throne Warden or Syncophant.

This deck is not by any stretch of the imagination competitive, I just wanted to build a deck themed the monarch mechanic.
