A budget 8Rack list.

I can't afford the following cards, which are (unfortunately) 8Rack staples: Ensnaring Bridge, Liliana of the Veil, Thoughtseize

This is my attempt to build a deck without the aforementioned cards that can be upgraded once I acquire them.

Of course, the staples are staples because they are powerful and useful. I have attempted to shore up the weaknesses created by the lack of these cards by adding targeted removal, slightly upping the amount of targeted discard, and running the full Pack Rat playset.

As always, I would like feedback before I purchase the deck.
