This is going to be a work in progress budget deck I'm working on. Over time I will make better budget replacements but until I do, this is my current build.

Ways to win. Well the most efficient way to win are one of two ways. Combat and Mill. Since I can draw through the deck at a mildly alarming rate, I can generally make a lot of Locust hasty boys that can attack in the air, or if I get the pieces out, I can go infinite relatively easy with Ashnod's Altar, Skullclamp, and Altar of the Brood if my commander is on the field.
