If no one focuses on you for the first 5 turns, you get insane ramp and then just start shitting out value cards. Ur-Dragon is here to provide colors, cheapen the 6 other dragons, and cheat stuff out if/when he sees play. Otherwise you can just do 'Stealth Commander Grozoth'. Cast him, tutor up all your 9CMC cards, drop Myojin of Life's Web, vomit out all the 9CMC critters, and keep a boatload of responses.

Grozoth fetches: Blazing Archon, Bringer of the Black Dawn, Zacama, Primal Calamity, Void Winnower, Blasphemous Act, Expropriate, In Garruk's Wake, Rise of the Dark Realms, The Great Henge, Ethersworn Sphinx, and Myojin of Life's Web

Riptide Shapeshifter can nab a couple worthwhile things: Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Blazing Archon, Bringer of the Black Dawn, Grozoth, and Worldspine Wurm, or see you play Praetor/Eldrazi/Dragon Slots. Grozoth is generally priority, as if he ever hits play with 9 mana up that's basically game, but Avacyn or Archon can keep you alive, and if you wanna risk it then Bringer can win-more.

Defense of the Heart should usually nab Grozoth + Nyxbloom Ancient

Tiamat nabs: Beledros Witherbloom, Draco, Scion of Draco, Ramos, Dragon Engine, and Hellkite Courser, which allows you to slap down Hellkite Courser down next turn, get Ur-Dragon out, swing both Ur-Dragon and Tiamat, draw 2, and see what you want to put down (defaulting to either Beledros if you want more mana or Scion of Draco if you want some lifegain and damage that combat).

Ultimately though the deck just does nothing but ramp until suddenly every turn you're dropping something the entire table has to respond to or they lose, usually destroying their boardstate in the process. And if it goes past Turn 8 you're dropping multiple CMC7+ cards each turn onto the board and ruining everyone's day.
