Hello there. This is my model of a budget modern 8-rack deck.

CRITICIZE ME :)

The base of this deck is to leave your opponent handless (cards :P) and dealing damage with that.- Liliana's Caress will aid on gathering dmg from discarding, while The Rack and Shrieking Affliction gives your handless opponent a bad time, making him loose his head over the game, sometimes...

• As for creatures, Abyssal Nocturnus is a cheap drop down with some great pros on this deck; Sangromancer also benifits you, lending some life points; Guul Draz Specter fits perfectly here.

• Liliana Vess is the plainswalker I choose for this deck duo to its price and cool hability. By 8 points your opponent have a lots of discarded creatures in the graveyard. While reaching that: discard, discard, discard...

• Sorcery: Mostly discard making cards though I decided to give a room for land destruction card to make the game even harder for your opponent.

• Quest for the Nihil Stone is a card with some influence on this deck. I decided to give it a go;
