This is a budget version of my approach on "legacy enchantress". It should work very well thought there are for example no duals in the deck. The reason is, the core cards of the deck are pretty cheap compared to legacy standards. You can always try this deck and see for yourself, it is a lot of fun to play, even without those "fancy" lands (Duals, more Serra's Sanctum and a Karakas).
The deckplan stays the same, no matter if you want to spend 500$ or 1000$ on this deck, and this is why I love it! ... by the way, the fun playing this deck also does not depend on the money ;-)

The main difference is using one more Enlightened Tutor to focus a little more on the combo-kill with Rest in Peace and Helm of Obedience to mill the opponent. Also I suggested to add Temple Garden and
Abundant Growth
to compensate missing duals and missing carddraw/cardfiltering, which comes naturally since we play no more Wooded Foothills and no more Mirri's Guile. The less non-basic lands in this deck make it less vulnerable to Wasteland and the added Gitaxian Probe make it easier to play around countermagic.
