This $50 Budget deck is all about Enter the Battlefield (ETB) effects. The general, Sygg, River Cutthroat provides card advantage and flattens the mana curve. Hopefully dropping him doesn't draw too much aggro.

Rattlesnakes like Dissipation Field and Vile Requiem keep away the early aggro as you build up a good foundation without looking too scary.

Keep the enemy population thin with cards like Kagemaro, First to Suffer, Fleshbag Marauder, and Necrotic Plague.

Control the late game with cards like Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Deadeye Navigator, Minion Reflector and Sepulchral Primordial.

Clone and Stolen Identity your opponents early game nightmares and your lategame win conditions.

Keep some tricks for those surprise comebacks with Cultural Exchange , Reins of Power, Hex, Profaner of the Dead and Spinal Embrace .

The first time you drop those creatures isn't the last: Conjurer's Closet, Crystal Shard , Erratic Portal , Synod Sanctum and Safe Haven. Of course... you could always bounce your opponents creatures if they aren't paying attention.

Did i mention it's $40?

Least Favorite Cards

These cards seem weaker than i'd like, and could use a better (cheap) option:
Cadaver Imp: I'd like an etb that brings a creature from the graveyard back, but this guy just seems weak.
Tortured Existence : Need to playtest this one. Not sure how it will work. I need more graveyard play, but the recurring ones are a nightmarish price.... pun pun pun.
Everflowing Chalice: Boring. Also, 4 is when i start dropping most of the creatures, so it's not really useful.
