This budget deck is built around vampire allies like Kalastria Healer , Drana's Emissary , and Cliffhaven Vampire . There are a ton of ways to gain life in this deck, which bulks up Bloodbond Vampire , gives Nirkana Assassin deathtouch, and deals out damage through Cliffhaven Vampire and Epicure of Blood . You can also deal out damage (and gain life) each turn by extorting Basilica Screecher , tapping Vampire Neonate , and dropping lands on Retreat to Hagra . Doom Blade and Murder give you some super-cheap removal.

If you have a couple of extra bucks, get the full playset of Cliffhaven Vampire , Drana's Emissary , and Feast of Blood ; also, add in some Scoured Barrens . Zulaport Cutthroat would be another good addition if you want to branch out from vampires.
