Minotaurs is not the best tribe, but it does have some nice payoffs once you get to the three-drop spot - Rageblood Shaman gives trample, Neheb, the Worthy gives first strike, Felhide Petrifier give deathtouch, and Kragma Warcaller gives haste. Doom Blade , Fling , and Lightning Strike provide burn/removal, and Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion gives you some card draw/selection. Finally, I know Scorchwalker isn't really a minotaur, but you can discard him to buff an unblocked creature like Changeling Outcast and then fling your Outcast after combat to do massive damage.
